Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please give our office a call at 845-223-3966. Once you make an appointment, we reserve that time for you. If you are for any reason unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please kindly provide us with 48-hours’ notice so we can reschedule.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made with our staff prior to your appointment. Payment includes any copayments or deductibles.
